We seek a seasoned Strategic Creative Lead with extensive experience in the web and digital realm to lead our team of designers and elevate our creative offerings to new heights across both brands. 


Role Purpose

As the Strategic Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision and strategic direction of our agency's digital initiatives. You will lead a talented team of designers in conceptualizing and executing websites, branding projects and digital campaigns, that captivate audiences and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of website design and development, digital marketing trends, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a digital agency environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers to develop cutting-edge creative solutions for websites, digital marketing campaigns,, and branding projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketers, designers, developers, SEO experts, digital performance and project managers to understand client objectives and translate them into compelling digital experiences.
  • Lead client pitches and presentations, showcasing the agency's digital capabilities and strategic approach to creative problem-solving.
  • Be proactive at seeking new business opportunities with an ability to pitch winning creative ideas
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, UX/UI design, and web development, and integrate them into the agency's creative processes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in achieving their digital marketing objectives.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, managing risks and resolving issues as they arise.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior creative role within a web and digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional digital creative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of websites, digital marketing trends, including social media, content marketing, and performance advertising.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Comfortable leading client pitches and presentations, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and analytically about client objectives and digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative vision and aesthetic sensibility, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of digital design and storytelling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
